Hailey E. Martin

Hailey Martin has a general practice with Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford, LLC with a focus on civil litigation and estate planning.

Hailey was a law clerk with Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford for two years before becoming an attorney. In law school, she served as Executive Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and had one article published in Volume 92 Issue 3. She also has a forthcoming publication with the University of Notre Dame Journal of Legislation set for publication in Spring 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Hailey worked with the Ohio Supreme Court as a judicial intern, was a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Advocacy writing course for first year law students, and interned at the Hamilton County Domestic Relations Family Law Clinic.

Hailey is an avid runner and enjoys watching sports (Go Bengals!), traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys giving back to her community and volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for ProKids Cincinnati.
