Attorney Biography
I have been practicing employment law since 1995, and have practices in the state courts of Ohio and the federal courts of Ohio and Illinois. I have also practiced in the appellate courts of the State of Ohio, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth and Seventh Circuits. I am held in high regard in the employment law community due to my frequent establishment of significant case precedent and my many speaking engagements before both large and small groups of fellow attorneys. I have a wifde range of experience that encompasses discrmination of all kinds, Family Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), Uniform Services Employment Reemployment and Readjustment Act ("USERRA"), public employee representaton, disability retirement benefits, and non-competition/trade secrets issues. My breadth of knowledge, work ethic, and solid reputation provide any litigant I represent with an excellent chance of achieving a positive result.
