Attorney Biography
Columbus attorney Douglas Riddell's practice focuses on criminal defense, including defense of DUI/OVI, criminal misdemeanor and traffic charges.
As a Columbus DUI attorney, Mr. Riddell represents clients throughout Columbus and Central Ohio facing first, second and third DUI offenses. His clients inlude clients that have refused breathalyzer tests, are awaiting urine results, have tested over the limit (.08) and more than twice the legal limit (over .17 BAC).
As a Columbus traffic attorney and criminal defense lawyer, he represents clients facing driving under suspension, theft, marijuana, speeding, traffic and all other traffic and criminal charges in the Columbus area.
Mr. Riddell is Certified in the Approved Curriculum for DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Practitioner Coursedesigned by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHSTA) and the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
