Attorney Biography
Attorney Brad Wolfe firmly believes that each case deserves powerful and creative advocacy, and that every client be afforded his or her constitutional right to fairness in the court system. Brad takes pride in his reputation in the legal community and has been honored by the National Trial Lawyers Association as Top 40 Under 40 for Criminal Defense in the State of Ohio, from 2020 through 2022.
Brad is an active member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, where he is the Chair of the Criminal Law Section and the Immediate Past Chair of the Cyber Security, Data Privacy & Emerging Technologies Section. Brad is also an active member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he serves on the Board of Directors and is the Co-Chair of the Technology Committee.
Brad is a graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and serves on the Board of Trustees for its Alumni Association. While attending law school, Brad clerked for the Honorable Michael P. Donnelly who now serves as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
