Attorney Biography
Ryan Stowe is the managing attorney at Stowe Law Firm, PLLC, and a Board Certified Specialist in State Criminal Law through the North Carolina State Bar. He is proud to practice in his hometown of Salisbury, North Carolina, where he stands as a first generation Rowan County attorney. His work is grounded in service to the community that raised him and a commitment to equal justice for every client who walks through the door.
He focuses his practice on traffic violations, criminal defense, DWI defense, and post-conviction (expungements) relief. He has represented thousands of clients in district and superior court and brings deep knowledge of North Carolina criminal law to each case. His goal is simple. Deliver clarity. Protect people. Get results.
He believes a defense lawyer should be both advocate and counselor. Ryan is published in the North Carolina State Bar’s Journal where he wrote about the importance of counseling clients with honesty and compassion. That belief shapes his work every day.
Ryan handles each case with the mindset that preparation drives outcomes. Ryan earned both his undergraduate degree and law degree from North Carolina Central University, an HBCU with a long tradition of training strong advocates for justice. While in law school, he served as President of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. During his undergraduate years, he served as Senior Class President. Practicing in Salisbury allows him to return that same commitment to leadership and service to the community that shaped him.
