Attorney Biography
Joshua Lee is an Associate Attorney at Emblem Legal, PLLC. He grew up in Honaker, VA and moved to Charlotte in 2013 to attend school. Upon graduation, he decided to stay in the Charlotte area and begin his legal career. He attended college at Emory & Henry College in Emory, VA and then went on to graduate law school from the Charlotte School of Law.
Joshua has all of the skills and knowledge to help you through the difficult legal troubles that may occur. He finished in the top 10% of his graduating class and is a member of the Phi Delta Phi honor’s society. Joshua interned for the Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s office and worked for Ingalls Law, a small solo practice, during his legal education.
After work and during his downtime, Joshua enjoys time with his fiancé and two dogs and cat. He is also an active member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, on the appointed list for Juvenile Defense, and a Community Manager for the Startup Grind Charlotte, a local entrepreneurial organization.
