Jeffrey J. Schwartz is the founder and owner of Schwartz Law Firm, P.C. in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jeff was certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a specialist in Trademark Law in 2013, and is one of the first 22 attorneys state-wide to achieve this distinction.
Jeff is also licensed and registered to represent others before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in patent matters, and has practiced for more than 20 years in the field of intellectual property law.
Throughout his years of practice, Jeff has been named by his peers as one of the State’s leading intellectual property attorneys, according to surveys taken by Law & Politics, Business North Carolina, Rue Ratings, and Best Lawyers magazine.
