This attorney represented the defendant, and my son was the plaintiff. This attorney talked my barely adult son into dropping his charges from assault inflicting serious injury down to simple assault with his thousands of dollars of medical bills not being covered. I tried to step in and advise my son and was basically told to keep my mouth shut because my son was an adult and could make his own decisions. With no DA worth a shit to advise him, he made what I felt was the wrong decision of lowering the charges while he carries around a scar on the back of his head from receiving 7 staples after the defendant assaulted my son to include busting his head open with a pistol. Human life is not important to this man.
