Attorney Biography
Edward Cole is a trial lawyer. He practices in the areas of civil litigation and natural resources. This includes representation of property owners and businesses in business disputes, property rights disputes, and title insurance litigation. In his natural resources work, Edward represents landowners and other private parties before state and federal permitting agencies on wetlands, water use, and endangered species issues in connection with mineral ownership.
Edward is a 2002 graduate of University of North Carolina School of Law and holds a B.S. in Forestry from Auburn University. He is admitted to practice in both North Carolina and Florida. He has been listed in Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2011-2015) and is listed in Chambers USA for his efforts in environmental law in Florida.
