E Parker Herring

E. Parker Herring is a native North Carolinian. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from UNC Chapel Hill, then completed her Juris Doctor at Wake Forest University School of Law in 1985. After clerking for a year with the North Carolina Court of Appeals, Parker entered private practice. In 1999, she founded Herring & Mills, PLLC with partner Bobby D. Mills. Her practice is exclusively devoted to family law related matters, including all types of adoption, divorce, legal separation, equitable distribution, spousal support and alimony, child custody and child support, domestic violence and nuptial agreements. Parker is a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law. In addition to her legal practice, Parker is director of A Child's Hope, a North Carolina licensed adoption agency.
