I represent clients in commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defense cases, mostly in federal court. I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil cases that involve securities fraud, consumer fraud, unfair trade practices, and business disputes. I also have represented people charged with health care fraud, tax fraud, counterfeit currency schemes, identity theft, drug trafficking conspiracies, RICO conspiracies, armed robbery, and first degree murder. I have tried several cases to verdict, and have represented numerous clients on appeal in the Fourth Circuit.
