Attorney Biography
Dave is a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist, one of the founders of the North Carolina Bankruptcy Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, a Chairman of the Section and the recipient of the North Carolina Bar Association Bankruptcy Section Lifetime Achievement Award. Dave has been a speaker at NCBA, American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) national seminars.
