Attorney Biography
David O. Lewis was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1981. He has represented clients throughout North Carolina in a broad range of legal matters.He has defended and prosecuted civil cases involving personal injury matters, workers compensation matters, and commercial and estate disputes in both the trial and appellate courts.
David is admitted to practice in all the state courts, the Cherokee Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina.He is also admitted to the U.S. Claims Court, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
