Daniel Micah Blau

Dan Blau is a Board Certified Specialist in Appellate Practice. He began his career in clerkship to the Honorable Linda M. McGee, Chief Judge of the North Carolina Court of Appeals. In furtherance of the constitutional advocacy he provides to criminal defendants across our state. Dan is a member and has served in governing capacities on the American Civil Liberties Union of North Carolina and the North Carolina Bar Association's Constitutional Rights and Responsibilities Section.  Dan is recognized by Best Lawyers in America on both its Criminal Defense: General Practice Section and the Appellate Practice Section and is an AV Preeminent Peer Rated Lawyer at Martindale Hubbell.
