Tim Akpinar represents recreational boaters in accident and injury cases arising on the water. This includes powerboats, sailboats, jet skis, water skis, and all other forms of activity on navigable and non-navigable inland waters. Tim has owned a number of boats in his lifetime and is experienced in racing and cruising. Tim is a former merchant marine officer and handles collision, salvage, complex property losses, and injury cases. In addition to recreational boaters, Tim represents commercial mariners working aboard fishing vessels, towing vessels, ferries, ocean-going ships, as well as shoreside maritime employees.
