Active criminal practicioner since 1979. 1981, National College of Criminal Defense. Wrote defendant brief for Lake County Public Defender in Ohio v. Roberts, seminal U.S. Supreme Court case on confrontation for twenty-five years. Over 120 felony jury trials conducted and over 20,000 clients served in criminal matters at Courts of all levels, from Town and Village Courts to all Trial Courts in New York State, Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts, as well as the Northern District of Ohio.
