Attorney Biography
Salvatore Marino is a founding member of the firm and has been the managing partner since its inception in 1996. He has 17 years of experience in litigating all types of personal injury matters.
Since 1996, Mr. Marino has focused on the prosecution of all types of negligence claims, including automobile, construction, and since 2007 cases involving elderly residents of nursing homes. Mr. Marino has handled numerous cases involving wrongful death from inception to conclusion in the Surrogate’s Courts of the State of New York and has been primarily responsible for the firm’s negotiations with Medicare and Medicaid and other third party lien holders.
Mr. Marino is an active member of the New York City Trial Lawyers Association and currently serves on their Board.
