Attorney Biography
I have represented thousands of individual and corporate clients in immigration matters across the nation. My work primarily involves handling cases related to nonimmigrant work visas, as well as employment and family-based permanent residency applications. I am particularly interested in structuring foreign investments in the U.S. and securing work visas or green cards for investors and essential personnel. I have successfully secured approvals for EB-1 extraordinary ability applications and EB-2 National Interest Waiver applications. Additionally, I assist clients in obtaining permanent residency through EB-5 green card investment projects.I maintain a strong presence on social media, regularly creating content about developments in immigration law, and I also run a Turkish blog. Since 2004, I have been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). I am a regular attendee at the SelectUSA Investment Summit.I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Marmara University School of Law in 1998 and graduated with distinction from Tulane Law School’s LLM program in 2002. I have been admitted to the N.Y. bar since 2001. I am married and a father to two daughters. My hobbies include traveling, playing soccer, and table tennis.
