failure of fiduciary Duty
Corrupt as they come. supposedly the "best friend "of my father who trusted him to be the executor
of my fathers will that has done nothing for three years but lie to us the beneficiaries and who is
in breach of his fiduciary duties as the executor of the will. He hired his friend to be the "trust
lawyer" who was suspended for misappropriation of a client's funds. He refuses to pay a debt owed by
the estate (40 g.) Three years and these two so called lawyers Peter Antioco and his "partner" have
done nothing to settle the estate.
