Attorney Biography
Nate is a Tulane graduate and has been in private practice since 2011. He started his practice in Louisiana and expanded to NYC in 2013.
Nate helps people with a variety of different tax problems, including tax audits and disputes, back taxes and settlements, and tax advice and consulting. In 2012 he was counsel for a major oil and gas merger, and in 2013 he was defense counsel for a major tax fraud case in New York City. Nate has done everything from gambling winnings taxation to sales tax audits to offshore and international tax consulting. Also, while he is a tax attorney by trade, Nate also helps people in many overlapping areas such as estate planning, trusts, business and corporate law, and criminal justice (particularly of the white-collar variety).
As mentioned above, Nate is a graduate of Tulane University. While at Tulane, Nate did research work for the tax professor and helped co-write several scholarly articles. Outside of the tax world, Nate is an accomplished jazz pianist and taught music lessons in New Orleans to help pay his way through law school.
