Michael W. Alpert

Michael is well versed in all aspects of estate planning (i.e. drafting of wills and trusts), estate administration, and estate litigation. He is also a Nassau County Surrogate's Court appointed Guardian Ad Litem for various probate, administration, accounting, and kinship matters that require an independent person to represent the interests of minors, incapacitated, or unknown interested parties.

Michael has represented a vast number of criminal and traffic clients in the Criminal Courts of Nassau, Suffolk, and New York City, as well as the countless number of traffic courts and agencies throughout the area.
