Kimberly A. Pelesz earned her J.D. from the Pace University School of Law in White Plains, where she was honored by being selected for Phi Alpha Delta. Kimberly is also a graduate of Binghamton University where she received a B.S. degree magna cum laude and an M.P.A. degree summa cum laude.
