Kimberly A. Pelesz earned her J.D. from the Pace University School of Law in White Plains, where she was honored by being selected for Phi Alpha Delta. Kimberly is also a graduate of Binghamton University where she received a B.S. degree magna cum laude and an M.P.A. degree summa cum laude. In both 2011 and 2012, Kimberly was a New York State Bar Association Empire Counsel Honoree. Kimberly works closely with her clients to keep them aware of any and all legal actions she takes on their behalf. White Plains family lawyer, Kimberly Pelesz is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Dutchess County Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, and the Westchester County Women’s Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in state courts in New York and in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. Previously, Kimberly has served as a Prosecutorial Extern and as an Honors Prosecutorial Extern for the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office. She has been an Adjunct Professor at Saint Thomas Aquinas College and has served as Adjunct Faculty at Dutchess Community College.
