Attorney Biography
Jeffrey Weiskopf is an accomplished New York trial lawyer and litigator, with extensive experience handling malpractice, personal injury, and commercial litigation in both State and Federal courts. He is also a skilled appellate advocate, representing clients before the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments. Known for his sharp courtroom skills and negotiation expertise, Mr. Weiskopf has recovered millions for his clients through litigation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution. His client-centered approach ensures that individuals feel supported and informed throughout every phase of the legal process.
Before founding his own firm, Mr. Weiskopf served as a partner at Halperin, Halperin & Weiskopf, PLLC and began his legal career as a Senior Court Attorney to the Hon. Tanya R. Kennedy. He holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he now teaches as an adjunct professor. Mr. Weiskopf is admitted to practice in New York and multiple U.S. District Courts, including those in the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, as well as pro hac vice admissions in Florida.
