Attorney Biography
My firm was founded to provide superior counsel to our clientele in all aspects of estate planning and tax minimization. Equally important was the objective to build strong and enduring working relationships with all types of families and individuals. All professionals who join this firm are carefully vetted for their knowledge in trusts & estates law and ability to listen to a client’s story. Consulting on a client’s most sensitive issues, such as planning for one’s children, wrapping up an estate, or litigating their estate interests is never taken for granted.
Upon earning degrees from Yale University and the University of Chicago, I enrolled in Fordham Law School after many years of paralegal work. Having trained under various practitioners in international and domestic estate planning areas, I launched my own practice in 2017 to combine a full service firm with a small office’s attention to my client’s needs. Each prospective client receives a complimentary phone or video consultation so that he or she can determine whether it is good fit. Should the client decide to work with me, he or she is guaranteed a tailored engagement letter that sets forth the scope of the representation along with a detailed questionnaire. My fee structure is largely flat fee rather than hourly based, which simplifies billing for the client.
Crafting solid estate plans that are flexible enough to endure the test of time with minimal change is not just a job, it is my calling.
