Prior to founding Leitner Varughese Warywoda, Brett Leitner was a senior trial attorney in the Nursing Home Litigation Unit at a nationally renowned personal injury and mass tort law firm, where he spent years advocating for and representing elderly nursing home residents throughout all areas of New York State who had been neglected, abused, and/or mistreated while living in a nursing home facility.
