Attorney Biography
Courtney currently practices in the areas of wills and trusts, estate planning, corporate and business law, personal injury and wrongful death law, as well as litigation and trial support. She is admitted to practice before the New Mexico Supreme Court and the United States District Court of New Mexico. Courtney is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, and the business and estate sections of the American Bar Association.Courtney has worked in the legal field for over ten years working. She began as a litigation paralegal specializing in wrongful death law, medical malpractice, premises liability, civil rights, and employment law. While attending law school at Mitchell Hamline School of Law and since becoming a licensed attorney, Courtney turned her focus to the areas of law involving wills & trusts, estate planning, corporate and business law with a special focus on civil litigation.When she is not practicing law, Courtney enjoys spending her time traveling with her family, hiking, and camping, and enjoying her home and young children.
