Violation of due process
He lifted a child support lien regarding money owed to me for the non custodial parent to cash out
refinance his house, then sent me a letter saying he will put it back on right after the refinance.
Worst of all he did so without notifying me before hand or affording me due process, even in the
very least to say that he still owes me 45,000$ and he hasn't even been current SINCE the last court
date. I would be happy to provide as much proof in writing via government documents as anyone
requests.
