My primary area of practice is criminal defense, and I have represented many clients on marijuana and other CDS related offences. This includes a lot of related proceedings such as drug in car offences, drug and gun possession, and Child Protection cases involving drug use. I have also assisted clients with matters in Family Court, simple wills and estates planning, and Lemon Law

In practicing law, I have come to realize there are two common complaints my clients have about attorneys. One is that they do not have a personal relationship with their attorney. The second is that a private attorney is just too expensive. I have set my practice up around addressing these problems. I always work with my clients to address financial concerns. I except all types of payment, including all major credit cards and personal checks. I also have payment plans available, and do everything I can to keep my rates affordable. I also do not charge for initial consultations. I try to give each client’s case the personal attention it deserves. I am available by phone any time, including nights and weekends. I never have a secretary answer my phone. All calls go directly to my cell phone.
