Attorney Biography
I am Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney. During the course of my career, I have handled all types of criminal matters from death penalty cases to complex white collar insurance fraud.
I also have extensive expertise in police involved use of force matters having previously served as the Supervising Deputy Attorney General of the Attorney General's Shooting Response Team in the Division of Criminal Justice.
Prior to engaging in private practice, I served as Deputy Attorney General with the Division of Criminal Justice and the Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor from 1998 - 2013. Prior to that, I served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Essex County Prosecctor's Office from 1986 - 1998.
Throughout my career, I have successfully protected and advanced the interests of those I represent. I have also lectured extensively on trial advocacy issues and use of force issues.
I graduated from Western New England Law School in 1983 and prior to that, attended Boston University where I graduate cum laude and received the Silver Medal Award for exemplary scholarship from the University Board of Trustee.
