Kelly A Krail

Kelly has over 9 years of experience practicing law and litigation. She’s worked with clients from the boardroom to the courtroom in diverse areas of law, including: family law, motor vehicle voilations, insurance defense, professional negligence, employment matters, construction defects, mass torts, products liability and premises liability.

She’s admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Before founding Thomas and Krail, LLC, Kelly worked as an associate with Kent/McBride and as an associate with Litchfield Cavo LLP.

She received her JD from New England School of Law and her BA in Spanish from Seton Hall University.
