Attorneys Brian Freeman and Tanya Hughes Freeman bring over 30 years of combined experience to every case. Mr. Freeman is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia and the United States Supreme Court. He is a trustee for the Hudson County Bar Association, a member of the American Association for Justice, and former president of the Garden State Bar Association.

Attorney Freeman is a former deputy attorney general for the State of New Jersey. He has served as a legal commentator on WWRL's radio show, "Legally Speaking", and has been quoted in local newspapers including the Jersey Journal. He is a frequent guest speaker at local colleges and universities, addressing students with an interest in the law. Prior to joining her husband to practice law, Ms. Freeman spent over fifteen years directing audit teams in both the banking and insurance industries. Ms. Freeman’s audit background enhances the firm’s practice and brings a fresh perspective to complex litigation. She is a qualified Family Law and Civil Mediator pursuant to court Rule 1:40 and a member of the Hudson County Bar Association’s Family Law Committee. Ms. Freeman is also the Chairperson of the Juvenile Justice/Family Court Subcommittee and Hudson County Vicinage Minority Concerns Committee.
