Mr. Della Pelle was able to obtain a settlement of this matter, before a condemnation complaint was even filed, in which his client was paid $16,800,000 as just compensation.In a redevelopment case involving oceanfront land in Monmouth County, New Jersey, the City and its designated redeveloper offered his client $422,500. Prior to trial, Mr. Della Pelle was able to obtain a settlement whereby his client received $2,040,000 as just compensation.Professional Involvement:Widely respected in the legal community, serving in a number of leadership roles:1. Appointed by Governor Chris Christie as a Commissioner of the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority. 2. Member of Governor Chris Christie's 2009-2010 Transition Team. 3. Receiver and special legal advisor appointed by The Superior Court of New Jersey in real estate valuation matters. 4. Former Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association, and current Chair of its Condemnation Committee. 5.
