Attorney Biography
Andrew Winters has sixteen years of experience in New Hampshire’s courtrooms. After graduating from Duke University School of Law in 1999, he spent more than six years honing his skills at the public defender’s office before entering private practice in 2006.His victories include cases before juries, judges and the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He has defended more than one thousand criminal cases, ranging from driving while under the influence to murder. He has handled numerous family court matters including successful resolution of custody disputes and high net worth divorces. He has also represented many injury victims, frequently obtaining significant settlements.
