Seeking to augment his legal acumen, Joseph enrolled at Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree. During his tenure, he had the privilege of serving as a judicial law clerk under the esteemed Honorable Timothy C. Williams, an experience that solidified his unwavering commitment to the principles of justice and fairness.
