When I couldn't find a competent, business-minded lawyer to help me with my own company, I decided to dedicate my law practice to helping startups and small businesses.

Small businesses comprise the vast majority of businesses in this country and therefore hold the most promise for improving the economy. Unfortunately, these businesses are also the most vulnerable to a catastrophic event, like the death of an owner, a change in regulations, or even a lawsuit. As a "business consigliere," my job is to be the watchdog for my clients - helping them see danger before it comes and keeping them out of court whenever possible.

I've had my own business, so I understand the worries and frustrations that come with business ownership. I also have an MBA, so between my real-life experience and the academic chops to bring it all together, I provide my clients with business-minded legal advice that addresses all facets of business ownership.
