Attorney Biography
Former senior partner & founding member Oliver Pollak, is "Of Counsel" with David Hicks and Roxanne Alhejaj of the Pollak, Hicks & Alhejaj, P.C. s law firm. He earned his B.A. degree from California State University at Los Angeles, his M.A. and Ph.D. in History at UCLA in 1973 and his J.D. form Creighton University Law School in 1982. He has been practicing law for 30 years with an emphasis in bankruptcy law for the last 20 years. He is a member of the Nebraska State and Iowa State Bar Associations. He is the author of several books and numerous articles on bankruptcy law. Mr. Pollak also taught history for thirty-eight years at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
