Attorney Biography
Practicing Law since 1994, Scott Hilderman has tried dozens of jury cases to verdict, both civil and criminal, in all state and federal courts. He has argued cases before the 5th and 6th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal. Scott was certified a trial advocate by both the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's program, completing an intensive trial advocacy course at both the J.A.G.C. school at the University of Virginia and at the U.S. Department of Justice's National Advocacy Center at the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the N.W. Montana Bar Association and the Montana Criminal Defense Association.
