Attorney Biography
I handle serious bodily injury and wrongful death claims arising from medical negligence, dangerous products, dangerous premises, trucking/vehicle accidents, and other acts of corporate and individual negligence. I work for the injured person and their heirs.I pursue cases throughout the Midwest, focusing on Illinois and Missouri claims. I am currently licensed in Missouri and Illinois as well as the federal courts in the Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois.I belong to several professional organizations including the Illinois Bar Association, the Missouri Bar, , the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) and the Missouri Trial Lawyers Association (MATA).
