Attorney Biography
A native of Aurora, Attorney Scott Pettit is a skilled attorney at Aurora’s premier personal injury law firm, Pettit Law Office. He practices alongside his father, Walter, and his son, James. Scott earned an undergraduate degree in finance and banking from the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville before earning his J.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. After graduating from law school, he enjoyed the privilege of learning the law under the mentorship of his father and other legal professionals in the 39thJudicial Bar Association. Scott focuses his practice on personal injury, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death. He is a member of several professional associations and enjoys serving on various non-profit boards focused on community involvement and betterment.
