Attorney Biography
Parker Nocita’s interest in the law developed early, sparked by an awareness of how legal systems influence everything from government to creative industries like filmmaking. He was also inspired by his grandmother, a pioneering U.S. Attorney who served in two federal districts, whose career demonstrated the impact thoughtful advocacy can have on society.
After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, Parker began his legal career clerking for a plaintiffs’ personal injury firm. It was there that he discovered a passion for representing individuals. Although he spent a brief period practicing family law, Parker ultimately returned to personal injury work, where he finds fulfillment in helping clients rebuild both financially and emotionally after an injury.
Parker is known for his client-first approach, emphasizing empathy, transparency, and efficiency. Having personally experienced the disruption an accident can cause, he understands the stress and frustration clients often face. He works diligently to educate his clients and streamline the legal process so they feel informed and supported at every stage.
A native of Overland Park, Kansas, Parker now lives in North Kansas City with his two orange cats, Gilgamesh and Archie. Outside the office, he enjoys camping, listening to and writing music, and making frequent trips to the movie theater. He is active in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the St. Joseph Bar Association, and he volunteers with Johnson County Parks and Recreation.
