Michael DiPasquale

Michael DiPasquale is a Founding Partner at DM Injury Law. In 2013, he and Jason Moore co-founded the firm in Kansas City to help injured victims seek justice after accidents. Years later, the firm has grown to be one of the biggest in the nation, serving all over the Midwest.

Michael grew up in Wichita, Kansas, and attended college at the University of San Diego in California, where he played football all four years. After earning his bachelor’s degree, he returned to Kansas to earn his law degree. He began working as a lawyer defending insurance companies and large corporations. After working on this side of several cases, Michael quickly realized he wanted to put his legal experience to good use by defending the rights of the wrongfully injured.

Now known as Kansas City’s football personal injury lawyer, Michael has built a practice dedicated to getting the best results for his clients. Along with helping victims of car accidents and other personal injury matters, Michael is active in the community, serving as a youth football coach and donating much of his time, energy, and money to supporting high school athletic programs.
