Ms. Young's office contacted me to see if we needed deferment on our payments due to COVID 19. The office told us that we could defer for 3 months. We agreed and she never filed paperwork with the courts. She also failed to file the necessary paperwork for us to keep our tax return money. The primary breadwinner in our family had been laid off for COVID 19 and we needed the money to survive. She has since sold or transferred her customers to a new lawyer. Big surprise.
