Attorney Biography
I am an experienced litigator who was a solo practitioner from 2009-2019, and started the first 100% women-owned cannabis law firm in Missouri in 2019. After watching numerous clients suffer with debilitating chronic and terminal conditions, I have made it my mission to assist patients, doctors, and entreprenuers in the medical cannabis business. We assisted on over 20 licensing applications for medical cannabis in Missouri for businesses in 2019, and have appealed 7 license application denials before the AHC to date. I am an experienced probate and trust litigator as well, and so far, the only known probate and trust litigator in Missouri who knows how to handle cannabis assets in estate, probate, and trust transfers.
