To put it short and sweet, I started practicing in October 1980. From that time forward I handled all types of criminal charges/cases in Federal Court, Circuit Court, County Court, Justice Court, and Municipal Courts all across Mississippi. I am licensed to pracitce law in Mississippi, Arkansas, West Virgiania, and the District of Columbia. I have worked on over 120 appeals to the Mississippi Supreme Court, Appellate Court, or Federal Courts. I have handles cases in Chicago, Alabama, Texas, and several other states across America.

My pracitce also involves serious accident & injury cases. These cases include defective products, dangerous drugs, accidents caused by drunk drivers, premise liability, auto accidents caused by tractor trailer rigs, and similar accidents and injuries. My office has obtained verdicts and/or settlements as follows: 144 million, 120 million, 20.4 million 5.7 million, 2.3 million, 2.1 million, 1.6 million, 1.5 million, 1.2 millon, 1 million, 1 million, 1 million, $875,000.00, $500,000.00, $352,000.00, $245,000.00, $175,000.00, plus others. We don't list these amounts to brag, but rather to show that we are a law firm that believes in getting the client the maximum amount of money to which they are entitled under the law for the harms and losses they have suffered. We have handled complex civil litigation and mass tort involving hundred of people. We are currently involved in Transvaginal Mesh and Depuy hip cases.
