Attorney Biography
A native of Gulfport, Mississippi, Christopher "Chris" Smith received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. Mr. Smith is currently admitted to practice in all state courts for Mississippi and Florida along with the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the Northern District of Florida and the United States 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Smith began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Office of the State Attorney for the First Judicial District of Florida where he prosecuted felony offenses. Upon entering private practice Mr. Smiths practice broadened to include personal injury, business and commercial litigation, criminal defense and family law.
