I have over 31 years of litigation and advocacy experience in multiple areas of law.  I have practiced in criminal law, appeals, municipal practice, advisory counsel, adult protection, juvenile protection, forfeitures and child support.  I have served as both a District Ethics Committee Investigator for five years and as a Vice-Chair and Chair on the Professional Responsibility Board for six years.  I have tried approximately 100 jury trials to verdict.  I have handled over 15 appeals and appeared in front of both the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.
