Brendan Daniel Cummins

Brendan D. Cummins represents Unions in collective bargaining, administrative proceedings, arbitrations, and court litigation. Brendan is an MSBA Board Certified Labor & Employment Law Specialist. He is also a past Governing Council member of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Labor & Employment Law Section and a current member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance. A graduate of Yale Law School, Brendan clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and has taught at Northwestern University School of Law, Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and the University of Minnesota Law School.
