Attorney Biography
Alyssa Nguyen ("win") is a cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. She has over 15 years of legal experience. Alyssa's legal experience includes working for a Senior Judge, providing the Judge with recommendations on how to rule on complex civil litigation cases, working as an attorney and paralegal for two prestiges law firms, for the state as a prosecutor, and for one of the country's largest banks as an Assistant Vice President.
Alyssa focuses her practice on immigration law. However, because immigration law, criminal law, and family law are often inexplicably intertwined areas of the law, she often represents clients on family and criminal law matters due to serious potential immigration consequences for the client.
Alyssa has proven ability to negotiate complex issues and skills in the litigation process with documented success in the implementation of high-quality problem solving and creative out-of-the-box solutions. She is a unique attorney with the ability to communicate with people from professional, diverse, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. She is well-known and respected among her peers and colleagues. She consistently gives 110% to any case.
