Victoria Chen

Victoria Chen earned her Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from the University of Minnesota Law School, completing her final year at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Ms. Chen serves as the Chief Attorney at North America Immigration Law Group. Her firm focuses on employment-based immigration petitions, specializing in EB2-NIW (National Interest Waiver), EB1-A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability), EB1-B (Outstanding Researcher/Professor) categories, and non-immigrant visas under the O-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) category. Over the past decade, her firm has successfully secured more than 37,000 I-140 approvals and assisted over 100,000 foreign nationals in obtaining permanent residency, helping them achieve their American dreams.

Exclusively practicing U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law, Ms. Chen is an active member of both the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
