Thomas M Loeb

I have been a practicing trial lawyer for more than 37 years, and have been a member of NORML since 1976. I concentrate my practice in criminal defense in both state and federal courts, plaintiff's police misconduct, and divorce/family law. I am actively defending patients and caregivers under our state's Medical Marijuana law, and recently argued in the Court of Appeals in defense of the dismissal that we obtained in Oakland County circuit court on the Clinical Relief dispensary prosecution.
